No. We only count successful searches so you don’t have to pay if you don’t get results.
You can listen to the audio of the name as many times as you want. But, if you search for the same name again, then it does count as a successful search.
Priority name requests help you get access to the names you need, as soon as possible. When a "Power plan" customer requests a missing name, it's flagged as a priority in our system: that way, we can get it uploaded sooner rather than later.
Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time using the dashboard. However once you have cancelled your plan, you will lose access to the pro features.
Searches are counted the same way wherever they are done, using the web app, the API or the NameShouts browser extension.
